Welcome to Manyface! These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Manyface app and any related services provided by Manyface Technologies.
By accessing or using Manyface, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Using Manyface
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Manyface. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.
Manyface Account
To access most features of the app, you must register for a personal Manyface account by providing your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Manyface in any way that:
- Violates any national, international law, or local laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright and patent laws).
- Transmits or procures the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
- Infringes the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual or proprietary rights.
2. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Manyface reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all services are subject to change without notice.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manyface and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Manyface, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
